We work hard to get your order packed up and on its way quickly. Feed, supplies, and equipment usually ship within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will head out the next business day.

We choose shipping methods carefully to make sure everything arrives safely and in great condition.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order size, weight, destination, and delivery speed.

Some locations may have additional fees, especially for remote areas or expedited shipping. You’ll always see the full cost before completing your purchase.

Yes — and when it does, it’s for good reason. The safety of your flock (and product quality) always comes first.

If extreme temperatures, severe weather, or carrier disruptions could affect delivery, we may delay shipping. If that happens, we’ll notify you and reschedule as soon as it’s safe.

If you need to make a return, unused and unopened feed, supplies, and equipment can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in original packaging and show no signs of use.

For biosecurity reasons, we can’t accept returns on opened feed, supplements, dust bath products, bedding, or items exposed to livestock.

Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10–15 business days.

We’re here to make it right. If something arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Send your order number along with photos of the product and packaging, and we’ll quickly arrange a replacement or refund.
